INSTRUCTIONS TO AUTHORS

• Manuscripts should be submitted to the editor between June 1st and October 1st each year.

• Manuscripts must be in English.

• Submission of a paper implies that it has not been published previously, that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, and that if accepted it will not be published elsewhere in the same form without the written consent of the publisher.

• Submission and acceptance of a paper implies the transfer of copyright to RJES Journal.

• Authors will be asked to assume full responsibility for the content of their contributions and accuracy of references.

• The journal will accept full-length original research papers of no more than 5,000 words,

• All manuscripts are peer-reviewed by independent reviewers.

• Papers may be accepted, considered acceptable with revisions, or rejected.

• Manuscripts may be sent back to the authors for revision if necessary.

• Revised manuscript submissions should be made as soon as possible after the receipt of the reviewers’ reports.

• Proposals will not be returned. All rejected proposals will be discarded after being processed.

• We ordinarily give final confirmation of publication by the month of April of the publishing year.
